LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb recently visited Lafayette to pick the brains of three local leaders in hopes of gaining an understanding of the success the Greater Lafayette area has experienced over the past decade. The governor on Monday sat with West Lafayette Mayor John Dennis, Lafayette Mayor Tony Roswarski, and Tippecanoe County Commissioner President Tracy Brown, as part of a Q&A session at the Greater Lafayette Commerce annual luncheon. Over the past few years, the Greater Lafayette area has appeared on the top of many lists, ranging from one of the best places in the nation for new career opportunities, having one of the top school districts in the nation and most recently, ranking as the top emerging housing market according to the Wall Street Journal/Realtor.
