WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - News 18 previously reported the first phase of testing results at the first site for the LEAP project were released last week. West Although West Lafayette Mayor, John Dennis, believes the economic development in the state is a good thing, there's still a lot the city needs to know a lot more before siding with the project. The testing site is 6 miles downstream from West Lafayette. "The whole concept concerns me," Dennis said. "We live in a state that went from being very agriculturally based, to business based which is outstanding for the citizens of Indiana.
