LAFAYETTE, Ind. — The Indiana Economic Development Corp. released the initial results last week of the LEAP project regarding the first phase of aquifer testing along the Wabash River. The testing was done by INTERA, Inc., and the executive summary showcased that the Indiana Economic Development Corp. could install two collector wells at the site, which could sustainably produce more than 30 million gallons per day. Other model scenarios completed during initial testing suggest that a higher pumping rate could be sustainable, but the Indiana Economic Development Corp.
